This folding screen, designed between 1916 and 1918, embodies this ambition through a design of dynamic geometric shapes in vivid colors. In 1971, Dino Gavina had it produced by Simon International as part of his initiative to reissue avant-garde works, which would give rise to the Centro Duchamp. The screen-printed design on both sides allows for flexible placement in any space. The piece is featured in both reference works dedicated to Gavina.
