Grond Studio Catena T Coffee Table Raw beech, linseed oil, and rammed earth block One-of-a-kind piece 2024 H28 L425 P63 x 20 cm At four meters twenty-five long, Catena T is a piece of exceptional scale. The table applies the Catena series’ principle of interconnection to a horizontal plane: a succession of elements that echo one another, crafted from raw beech oiled with linseed oil and raw earth. The studio reaffirms its approach here, based on basic, minimally processed materials and natural finishes. Given its scale, the piece is as much an installation as it is a piece of furniture, and is intended for large spaces. A work representative of collection design rooted in raw materials.
