Andriy and Olesya Voznicki Rocks from My Memories II Two vases Ceramic, engobe, glaze One-of-a-kind pieces Signed Date of creation: 2025 H60cm Through its title, “Rocks from My Memories,” this pair of vases translates an inner landscape into ceramics: mineral-like silhouettes, sixty centimeters tall, that evoke blocks of stone sculpted by memory rather than by erosion. Andriy and Olesya Voznicki combine engobe and glaze to create layered surfaces where color seems to emerge from the material itself. Presented together, the two vases interact like elements of a single site. These unique, signed pieces are part of a sculptural ceramic tradition rooted in geology and memory.
