From a series of four plates inspired by moral allegories, printed and published in London in 1799 by John & Josiah Boydell.Very fine impression on wove paper with “J. Whatman 1794” watermark. Sheet with wide margins beyond the platemark, with a few minor defects to the white margins, but overall in very good condition. Rare.
