Illustrated by Jacques Ernotte with a double frontispiece, 19 original full-page lithographs, and numerous black-and-white in-text illustrations. Printed in a run of 150 numbered copies on pure-fiber paper from the Marais; this is one of the 100 copies printed for Dr. Fernand Trémolières. Attached at the end of the volume is the menu for the dinner on March 3, 1948, illustrated with an original full-page lithograph.
