Patek Philippe’s reference 3423 features a 34-millimeter case with a beveled bezel and long, straight lugs. This example is a beautiful vintage gold watch with a gold central seconds hand and applied hour markers, as well as an outer “perlé” minute track. Inside is the hand-wound Caliber 27SC, an excellent movement that Patek Philippe used for over 30 years. Case: very good, very worn. Dial: very good. Movement: very good, capable of running, cleaning recommended.
