Patek Philippe - Annual Calendar A very elegant Geneva wristwatch with an annual calendar, moon phase, and 24-hour display Movm. No. 5873214, Ref. 5396G-011, Cal. 324 S QA LU 24H, Case No. 6035602, Dimensions 39 mm, circa 2015, Origin: Switzerland, Original box, Original certificate, Accessories, original gold clasp Case: 18K white gold, glazed push-back. Dial: Opaline, silvery. Movement: Automatic. Patek Philippe’s reference 5396G was first introduced to the public in 2006. Despite the 356 individual parts that make up the annual calendar—which is certainly not standard—the timepiece is extremely comfortable to wear and intended for everyday use. The watch was designed to bridge the gap between a “normal” calendar watch—which needs to be set every month—and one equipped with a complicated perpetual calendar. Reference 5396G-001 features a dial with three apertures: for the day and month at 12 o’clock and the date at 6 o’clock, located beneath the moon phase dial with a 24-hour indicator. While following an intuitive tradition, the dial’s design is nonetheless modern and elegantly beautiful. The blued hands provide a marvelous contrast to the silvered surface featuring the oversized “PATEK PHILIPPE GENEVE” lettering. Case: very good, slightly worn. Dial: very good. Movement: very good, in working order, cleaning recommended. Please note that leather straps made from endangered or protected species—such as alligator, crocodile, or lizard—are used in our catalog or on our website for illustrative purposes only. For customs-related reasons, such straps cannot be shipped outside the EU.
