Gil Schlesinger 1931 Aussig – 2024 Pfaffenhofen Aquarell, farbige Pastellkreide- und Bleistiftzeichnung / Pinselzeichnung in Goldfarbe über Holzschnitt. Jeweils in Blei signiert und datiert. "Gierige Landschaft" nummeriert "1/5". "Granatapfelzeit" auf Untersatzkarton montiert. Die Arbeiten werden in den Nachtrag zum WVZ Tauscher aufgenommen. Maße: 39,9 x 50,2 cm / Stk. 41 x 56 cm, Bl. 49 x 63 cm. Please note that according to German law there is 2,5% ''droit de suite'' of the purchase price on top of the premium. Gil Schlesinger 1931 Aussig – 2024 Pfaffenhofen Schlesinger wuchs im musisch-intellektuellen Klima eines freisinnigen jüdischen Elternhauses auf. Mit 17 Jahren wanderte er nach Israel aus und arbeitete dort in den Kibbuzim Dorot und Kisarja, anschließend lebte er in Haifa, Tel-Aviv und Jerusalem. 1955 siedelte er von Israel in die DDR über und arbeitete dort ab 1956 als Theatermaler in Anklam und Dessau. Von 1960 bis 1962 studierte Schlesinger an der Fachschule für angewandte Kunst in Leipzig. 1980 wanderte er nach München aus.
