Hans Kinder 1900 Dresden – 1986 ebenda auf Sperrholz. U.re. ligiert monogrammiert "HK". Verso mit einer eigenhändigen Widmung des Künstlers versehen "UNSEREM LIEBEM THOMAS – 31.8.80 – Hans". In der wohl originalen weiß gefassten Künstlerleiste gerahmt. WVZ Ryssel (unpubliziert) RY 1832. Das Gemälde wurde 1985 "im Nachlass" des Künstlers, der im Januar 1986 in Dresden verstarb, fotografisch dokumentiert. Das Mikrofiche, auf welchem auch die Datierung vermerkt ist, wird bewahrt in der Deutschen Fotothek, Datensatz 70233883, dort mit abweichender Maßangabe 45 x 35 cm. Wir danken Frau Dr. Doris Litt, Bonn und Herrn Manfred Ryssel, Niesky, für freundliche Hinweise. Maße: 37,5 x 31,5 cm, Ra. 48 x 42,5 cm. Hans Kinder 1900 Dresden – 1986 ebenda 1916–17 Studium an der Dresdner Kunstgewerbeschule, 1917–20 Soldat und Lazarettaufenthalt. 1925–32 Studium an der Dresdner Kunstakademie, Meisterschüler von Max Feldbauer. 1932 Mitglied der Dresdner Sezession, ab 1945 freischaffend in Dresden tätig, Begegnung mit Picasso. 1968 erstes persönliches Treffen mit Marcel Marceau, Beginn der systematischen Arbeit am Marcel-Marceau-Zyklus. Mit Werken u. a. in folgenden Sammlungen vertreten: Nationalgalerie Berlin, Museum der Bildenden Künste Leipzig, Staatl. Kunstsammlungen Dresden (Gemäldegalerie Neue Meister u. Kupferstichkabinett).
