This facsimile edition presents three portolan charts preserved in the University of Modena Library: portolan chart C.G.A.5.b (Mallorca, ca. 1450), C.G.A.5.c (Portugal, ca. 1472), and C.G.A.5.d (Mallorca, ca. 1450). The three are displayed in a wooden case with a glass door, along with the certificate attesting to a print run of 499 copies, a magnifying glass, and two weights featuring a medallion depicting the winds.
