Negrin & Mermoz” [following the nonstop flight from Toulouse to Saint-Louis, Senegal]. “We once again extend our warmest congratulations on the successful flight, with which you have broken the records for the route between France and Senegal. We are sending you by special courier two 489 Ratier propellers as well as a radiator so that you may complete the mission we have entrusted to you.
