Made of silver. The obverse features a central calligraphic inscription surrounding the Yin-Yang symbol, flanked by characters indicating the Guangxu era and its face value of 7 mace and 2 candareens. The reverse is dominated by the figure of an imposing mystical dragon surrounded by clouds and scrollwork, framed by the perimeter inscription “KIRIN PROVINCE” in Western characters.
