"KNOT" BROOCH Diamonds A brooch depicting a knot of coiled ribbons in the Art Deco style, crafted in white gold and platinum, entirely set with old-cut and eight-eight-cut diamonds, accented with baguette-cut diamonds, and centered with a brilliant-cut diamond in a closed-setting. The center diamond weighs approximately 0.50 carats. French craftsmanship, white gold and platinum; eagle head (gold) and dog head (platinum) hallmarks; illegible maker’s mark. Circa 1930. Height: 2.6 cm — Length: 5.6 cm — Gross weight: 17.3 g. Condition: safety chain and safety pin in yellow gold added at a later date.
