The piece captivates with its timeless, curved design and fine, handcrafted details in the neoclassical style. The tiered lid is crowned by a richly fluted knob. The gently curved rim of both the bowl and the lid is adorned with an elegant molded band and accented by delicate shell motifs. The two sturdy side handles are also artfully curved and adorned with stylized shell motifs, lending the piece a harmonious symmetry. Solid silver with a fineness of 950/000 (French sterling silver / 1st fineness).
