Anonymous - Habitat New York, circa 1982. 68.5 x 50 cm. Original poster, lithograph, mounted on canvas. Condition A-, very slight creases. This extremely rare poster—perhaps even one-of-a-kind—was created to promote *New York Habitat* magazine. Aimed at real estate professionals, the magazine is still in publication today and covers topics such as property management, changes in legislation, market trends, and developers’ projects. What could be more logical, then, than to feature the city’s most iconic buildings in the illustration: the World Trade Center, the Empire State Building, the Chrysler Building, Rockefeller Center, the Citibank Building, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, and the Whitney Museum. Almost the entire city in a single image—it could almost be a tourism poster for the U.S. Real estate agents, take note!
Delivery is optional. You can use the carrier of your choice. The stated price does not include the lot price or the auction house fees.
