Chomo (French, 1907–1999) Prelude Stained Glass II, 1970 Felt and ink. Signed and inscribed "Ar-Pré-ludien" on the back. Height 49.5, Width 35.5 cm. Provenance: Chomeaux Collection, no. 1218. The proceeds from the sale of this work, created in the Préludien Art Village in Achères-la-Forêt and spared from the flames of the July 2026 fire, will be donated in full to the emergency fundraising campaign launched by the Fondation du Patrimoine, to help preserve and restore the Fontainebleau Forest.
