In addition to Himmler's "Order of 10.4.34 on the awarding of the Totenkopfring", the RFSS issued the following supplementary provision: "Members of the SS who have been proposed for the Totenkopfring [...] and punished with reprimands may only receive it: 1. if punished with a severe reprimand after 2 years/2. if punished with a formal reprimand after 1 year/3. if punished with a simple reprimand after 1/2 year- When submitting applications for the award, this provision must be strictly observed.". Under the signature stamp "Der Führer des SS=Oberabschnitts West i.A." and "SS-Sturmbannführer". Perforated, minor marginal damage, partially slightly faded. Walter Schmitt (1879 - 1945), SS-Oberführer since June 1935, personal advisor to the RFSS and head of the SS personnel office. Condition: II
