Das Werk richtet sich an Weinbauern, Weinbrennern und professionellen Destillateuren, vereint das Werk technische Erläuterungen (Heizvorgang, Rektifikation, Alkoholgehaltbestimmung) mit einem Katalog der patentierten Geräte des Hauses Deroy, eines der renommiertesten Hersteller von Destillationsgeräten.
