Paris, Pierre Bricage, 1959. 16 Bände im Groß-8-Format, als Loseblatt, Einbände mit Klappen, schwarz illustriert, Hülle und Etui in Perlgrau, eingefasst mit ockerfarbener Perkaline. Etwa 150 Seiten pro Band, 209 Kupferstiche von Albert Décaris, als Frontispize und ganzseitige Abbildungen. Leichte Gebrauchsspuren an einigen Schuber. Wunderschöne Ausgabe für Bibliophile, konzipiert, layoutet und vollständig von Hand ausgeführt von Pierre und Berthe Bricage in Zusammenarbeit mit J. A. Bressy und Georges Visat. Sie ist mit 209 Original-Kupferstichen von Albert Décaris (1901–1988) illustriert, einem französischen Maler, Dekorateur und Kupferstecher, Mitglied der Académie des Beaux-Arts und Gewinner des Grand Prix de Rome.
