MONNIER (Henri). Récréations. Paris: Bauger, Aubert, [1839–1840]. – Album in-4, 255 × 335: 6 Tafeln. Braune Perkaline nach Bradel, ein Stück schwarzes Maroquinleder mit dem Namen des Autors und dem Titel, auf den vorderen Einbanddeckel geklebt, glatter, unbeschnittener Buchrücken (Einband aus dem späten 19. Jahrhundert). Vollständige Sammlung dieses Albums mit 6 farblich veredelten Original-Lithografien aus der ersten Auflage von Henry Monnier, die zwischen dem 28. Dezember 1839 und dem 25. Januar 1840 einzeln erschienen sind (siehe „Bibliographie de la France“). Jede Tafel besteht aus mehreren humoristischen Motiven, in denen Figuren aus allen sozialen Schichten (Adlige, Künstler, Studenten usw.) dargestellt sind. Gutes Exemplar in einem späteren Einband, ohne Titelblatt. Vereinzelte Stockflecken. Vertikale Mittelfalte bei den Tafeln 1 und 6.
