250 - Bronzestatuette des Osiris. Spätzeit, ca. 716 - 332 v. Chr. H 26,3cm, mit Holzsockel 30,5cm. Bronzehohlguss. Mumiengestaltige Figur des Gottes Osiris mit Atef-Krone und Uräus. Unter dem Kinn ist der Zeremonialbart befestigt. Über der Brust hält der Gott Krummstab und Dreschflegel. Am Rücken ein Schmuckband, das auf Schulterhöhe in einer Öse endet. Augen in weißem und schwarzem Glas eingelegt. Mit Vergoldungsresten!. Kastanienbraune Patina, an den Knöcheln gebrochen. Kleine Teile der Krone fehlen. Provenienz: Europäische Sammlung der 1970er Jahre. Danach Sammlung L.V., USA. In Deutschland seit 2019. Publiziert und ausgestellt: G.
