Paar Manschettenknöpfe - Uhrwerke Kunst am Werk, Kiel. Edelstahl, gestemp. Ges.-Gew.: 15,7 g. Punze: KUNST AM WERK. Historische mechanische Uhrwerke, Strasssteine. Knopf-D. 1,8 cm. Guter Zustand. Ein originaler Lederbeutel liegt bei. Unter dem Leitgedanken "Vom Uhrwerk zum Kunstwerk" fertigt Kunst am Werk Schmuckstücke aus historischen mechanischen Uhrwerken, die ursprünglich in Armbanduhren Verwendung fanden. Die ehemals im Inneren des Uhrengehäuses verborgene Feinmechanik wird dabei zum sichtbaren Gestaltungselement. Zahnräder, Brücken und weitere Werkteile treten in den Mittelpunkt und machen die technische Ästhetik der traditionellen Uhrmacherei unmittelbar erfahrbar. Jedes verwendete Uhrwerk verleiht dem Schmuckstück dabei einen individuellen Charakter.
