Der Jongleur - Peter Strang Staatliche Porzellan Manufaktur, Meissen 1976. Porzellan, weiß, glasiert. Polychrom und Gold bemalt. Unter der Glasur blaue Schwertermarke. 1. Wahl. Eingeritzte Modellnr. 60460. Eingepresste Bossierernr. 133 und Jahreszeichen. Pinselnr. XVI. H. 26,5 cm. - Lit.: Bergmann: Band IV, Teil 1, Nachtrag Meissener Künstler-Figuren, Modellnummern A 100 - Z 300. Kat.-No. 2835. Die im Auftrag der Franklin Mint GmbH gefertigte Figur, war die erste, die in einer begrenzten Auflage hergestellt wurde. Danach wurden alle Gussformen vernichtet. Modell von Peter Strang (1936 Dresden - 2022) aus dem Jahr 1976. 1973-2001 künstlerischer Leiter der Porzellanmanufaktur Meissen, danach freischaffend tätig. Zahlreiche Entwürfe für die Schwarzburger Werkstätten und die Manufaktur Volkstedt-Rudolstadt.
