Baird 1967“ sowie auf der Rückseite signiert, betitelt, datiert und mit einer Widmung versehen, 32 x 45 cm (ARR) Provenienz: im Besitz der Grosvenor Gallery, London (gemäß dem auf der Rückseite des Rahmens angebrachten Etikett); im Besitz der Rona Gallery, London (gemäß dem auf der Rückseite des Rahmens angebrachten Etikett); Privatsammlung Anmerkung: Die Künstlerin, die für ihren naiven Stil bei der Darstellung von Alltagsszenen bekannt ist – ähnlich wie Helen Bradley und Beryl Cook –, begann erst gegen Ende ihres Lebens mit dem Malen und hatte 1966 im Alter von 75 Jahren ihre erste Ausstellung. Ihre Werke wurden in der Crane Kalman Gallery und der Portal Gallery ausgestellt, und zahlreiche Arbeiten befinden sich im Besitz des Glasgow Museums Resource Centre.
