In-4°, lachsorangefarbenes Maroquinleder, Buchdeckel am Rücken mit durchgehenden Goldfilets verziert, Titel in schwarzem Mosaik nach der Schriftart von Jou, dreifaches Goldfilet innen, bemalte Vorsatzblätter, vergoldeter Einband, Umschlag und Rücken (Germaine Pont). Einzige Ausgabe, deren Illustration aus einem ganzseitigen Holzschnitt auf dem Einband, vier großen Holzschnitten in verschiedenen Farbtönen, sieben farbigen Holzschnitten im Text und ebenso vielen schönen Initialen in Granatrot besteht, die alle im Text in roten Rahmen angeordnet sind. Einmalige Auflage von 150 Exemplaren auf handgeschöpftem Arches-Büttenpapier mit Wasserzeichen, das auf den Namen von Dr. Pont lautet. Exemplar mit breiten Rändern, in das am Ende die Liste der unterzeichnenden Ärzte eingebunden ist. „…Der orientalische Stil entfaltet sich hier in der Pracht der Farben, die durch Rot- und Goldtöne prächtig hervorgehoben werden“ (Feuille Nr. 72).
