Enkolpion (Panagia) aus Silber im byzantinischen Stil, verziert mit filigranem Ornament aus ineinander verschlungenen Mustern und einer Darstellung des Heiligen Panteleimon, des „Unbezahlten“, in Cloisonné-Technik. Auf der Rückseite befindet sich eine Inschrift in kirchenslawischer Sprache: „Rette und bewahre“. Die Öse ist mit der Darstellung des „Nerukotvornyj-Bildnisses“ (Erlöser Nerukotvornyj) verziert.
