GOMZ | Vympel Preseries Estimate: € 4,000–5,000 Year: 1958 SN: 58574 Condition: A- English: Extremely rare pre-production version of the Soviet Vympel medium-format rangefinder camera, fitted with Triplet T-35 4/75 mm no. 58685. The Vympel was developed by GOMZ as an advanced 120 roll-film rangefinder camera but never entered regular series production. This example corresponds to the rare PK5075 preseries version, distinguished by the serial number engraved on the accessory shoe. According to specialist documentation (SovietCAMS.com), fewer than ten examples of this version are presently known, with no. 58571 recorded as the earliest known example. The present camera, no. 58574, is therefore among the earliest Vympel cameras. There are no sales recorded. The camera is in like new, original condition. Deutsch: Außergewöhnlich seltene Vorserienausführung der sowjetischen Mittelformat-Messsucherkamera Vympel mit Triplet T-35 4/75 mm Nr.58685. Die Vympel wurde von GOMZ als fortschrittliche Messsucherkamera für 120er Rollfilm entwickelt, erreichte jedoch nie die reguläre Serienfertigung. Das vorliegende Exemplar entspricht der seltenen Vorserie PK5075 mit auf dem Zubehörschuh gravierter Seriennummer. Nach der Fachquelle SovietCAMS.com sind derzeit weniger als zehn Exemplare dieser Ausführung bekannt; Nr.58571 wird als frühestes bekanntes Stück verzeichnet. Damit gehört die vorliegende Kamera Nr.58574 zu den frühesten Vympel-Kameras. Auktionsverkäufe sind nicht dokumentiert. Neuwertiger Originalzustand.
