[ART DECO] [OENOLOGIE] Paul IRIBE - Weiß und Rot; Blau Weiß Rot; Rosa und Schwarz. Paris, Établissements Nicolas, 1930-1932. - Komplette Serie dieser drei Broschüren in Folio, geheftet. Diese Werbebroschüren sollten die französischen Weine gegenüber ausländischen Getränken fördern und verteidigen und wurden von Paul Iribe wunderbar im Art-Déco-Stil illustriert. Der erste Band, Rouge et blanc, enthält 10 ganzseitige Illustrationen, denen jeweils ein Text von Georges Montorgueil gegenübersteht. Der zweite Band, Rosa und Schwarz, trägt den Untertitel "Das böse Genie", in dem Cocktails verspottet werden, und enthält einen Dialog von René Benjamin sowie 9 große ganzseitige Kompositionen von Paul IRIBE; Das dritte Buch, Bleu blanc rouge, mit dem Untertitel "France", macht sich über ausländische Getränke lustig und ist mit 6 Kompositionen von Paul IRIBE illustriert, von denen vier ausgeklappt sind. Das Exemplar ist komplett mit der von Charles MARTIN illustrierten zweiblättrigen Broschüre mit dem Titel "Le Service des vins doit être une symphonie" (Der Weinservice muss eine Symphonie sein) im ersten Band. Sehr schönes Exemplar mit sehr frischer Innenseite ohne Stockflecken, minimale Mängel an den Buchdeckeln, die ihr ursprüngliches Kristallpapier behalten haben (mit kleinen Einrissen). Hervorragendes Ensemble.
