Ghisi, Giorgio Das Parisurteil. Kupferstich nach Giovanni Battista Bertani. 39,3 x 52,2 cm. 1555. B. 60, Lewis/Lewis 16 III. Wz. Kleiner bekrönter Doppelkopfadler (vgl. Lewis/Lewis 15, ca. 1552-1585). Ganz ausgezeichneter, gleichmäßiger und samtig wirkender Druck, bis auf die Plattenkante beschnitten, stellenweise minimal knapp an die Darstellung. Ohne die separat gedruckte Schriftplatte. Von dem ersten und zweiten Druckzustand ist jeweils nur ein Exemplar nachweisbar. Verso vertikale Mittelfalte, diese unten leicht gesprungen, kleinere Bereibungen etwa in den Genitalien der beiden Figuren links, einzelne ausgebesserte Erhaltungsmängel, die recto nicht in Erscheinung treten, oben rechts geschlossener Randeinriss, unten links alte, leicht verblasste Federannotation sowie ein weiteres Feder-Monogramm rechts, sonst sehr schönes Exemplar.
