Original-Holzschnitt von Aristide Maillol, 1939. Dieser Holzschnitt stammt aus dem Werk „Odes d’Horace“ des Künstlers Aristide Joseph-Bonaventure Maillol (Französisch, 1861–1944). Der Text (auf Französisch) stammt von Horaz (antiker Römer, 65–8 v. Chr.) und wurde von Phillippe Gonin herausgegeben. Dieser Holzschnitt wurde von den Original-Holzblöcken gedruckt, die der Künstler selbst entworfen und graviert hat. Limitiert auf 350 Exemplare auf „Papier de chanvre et lin“ (Hanf- und Leinenpapier) – mit dem Wasserzeichen „Philippe Gonin 1939“. Maße: 8,5 Zoll x 5,25 Zoll (21,5 cm x 13,3 cm) Hervorragender Zustand auf handgeschöpftem Papier, auf Karton aufgezogen.
