Diese Art von Textil, das von Frauen getragen wurde, kam bei Zeremonien oder Festlichkeiten zum Einsatz. Der Sarong-Teppich diente der Trägerin dazu, ihren Reichtum und ihren sozialen Status zur Schau zu stellen. Dieses Exemplar wurde auf einen Holzrahmen gespannt.
