Eine antike, im frühgotischen Stil gehaltene, polychrom und vergoldete, geschnitzte Holzfigur der sitzenden Madonna mit Kind. Die Jungfrau Maria sitzt frontal dargestellt mit dem Christuskind auf dem Schoß; beide sind in lange Gewänder gekleidet. Wahrscheinlich ursprünglich Teil eines Altarbildes. Kastilien, Ende des 13./Anfang des 14. Jahrhunderts. Abgebildet als Nr. 60 auf Seite 98 des Ausstellungskatalogs „Virga Jesse“. Zustand: Abnutzung und Fehlstellen an der Polychromie und der Vergoldung, altersbedingte Schäden und Gebrauchsspuren. Zustandsbericht auf Anfrage erhältlich.
