Eine Schlangenbrosche aus der mittleren viktorianischen Zeit mit Türkis und Granat, um 1870. Die geknotete Schlange aus poliertem Gold hat einen mit einem Cabochon-Türkis besetzten Kopf und Augen aus poliertem Granat; ohne Punzierung. Größe/Maße: 5,7 cm breit; Bruttogewicht: 25,4 Gramm Zustandsbericht: Die Schlange weist einige Abriebspuren und Kratzer auf, am Gold des Kopfes sind einige Verfärbungen zu erkennen, auf der Rückseite wurde später mit Bleilot eine Öse angebracht, außerdem gibt es einige verkratzte Stellen auf dem Rücken der Schlange. Die Türkise sind weiterhin gut aufeinander abgestimmt, es sind einige kleine Stellen mit leichter Verfärbung zu sehen.
