Manson u. a. 1791. Gestanzt von John Thomas „Antiquity“ Smith (1766–1833), dem Zeichner, Radierer, Autor, Gelehrten und späteren Kustos der Druckgrafiksammlung im British Museum. Sein veröffentlichtes Werk konzentriert sich fast ausschließlich auf London und seine Umgebung, und für seine Zeit war er insofern ungewöhnlich, als er alle Schichten der Gesellschaft dokumentierte.
