In-16 gotisch, rotes Marokko-Leder, Goldfäden auf den Deckblättern, verzierter Rücken, kleine Innenzahnung, goldgeprägter Einband (J. Moreau). ERSTAUSGABE, ÄUSSERST SELTEN. Schöner Band, in dem jeder Vierzeiler mit einer quer gedruckten Vignette verziert ist, insgesamt 113 unsignierte Holzschnitte, von denen sich einige wiederholen, in sehr schönem Druck. Das Wasserzeichen von François Juste ziert das letzte Blatt. Die Gedichtbände dieser Zeit sind bekanntlich äußerst selten, vor allem wenn sie, wie dieses Exemplar, illustriert sind. SEHR SCHÖNES EXEMPLAR aus der Bibliothek Yemeniz (Exlibris-Auktion 1867, Nr. 1834), das um 1840 von diesem Liebhaber kunstvoll gebunden wurde. Y. de la Perrière (Beilage zur „Bibliographie lyonnaise“ von Baudrier, 1967) erwähnt dieses Exemplar.
