GREVENBERG, CASPAR Cologne Title: Large, Double-Chambered Pear Coin Scales. Date: Dated 1731. Material: A box made of pear. Parts of an iron sclae with brass pans and green cords. Brass weights. Measurement: 5 x 26 x 13 cm. Mark: On the inside of both lids are adhesive labels reading: 'Recht Abgezogene wag und geiwht Macht M: Caspar Grevenberg der Statt Cöllen (...) 1731'. Description: A large, rectangular box with ornamental embossed and incised decoration and two drawers. The original weights and scales are missing. The upper drawer has recesses for 40 gold weights and the lower drawer has recesses for 39 silver weights.
