EERO SAARINEN (1910–1961) DESIGNER & KNOLL STUDIO HERSTELLER „Tulip“, die [1956] ins Leben gerufene Serie Runder Tisch. Das Tischgestell aus Aluminiumguss ist mit weißem Rilsan ummantelt. Die runde Tischplatte aus weißem, gemasertem Marmor; die Unterseite des Randes ist abgeschrägt. Unter dem Fuß mit „KNOLL“ gekennzeichnet, trägt unter der lackierten Holzhalterung der Tischplatte das Metallschild „KNOLL Studio E. SAARINEN 1956“ sowie unter der Tischplatte das Etikett „Made in Italy“ und das Datumsetikett „02.09“. H.: 72 cm – D.: 120 cm.
