Französische Handwerkskunst – Großer Tischspiegel aus massivem Silber, Stil Louis XV – 19. Jahrhundert Bedeutender Tischspiegel aus massivem Silber, französischer Herstellung, mit einem prächtigen Rahmen im Rocaille-Stil Ludwigs XV., reich verziert mit Voluten, Blattwerk, Muscheln und Blumengirlanden im Relief. Der obere Teil wird von einem eleganten, durchbrochenen Rocaille-Motiv gekrönt. Die abgeschrägte, geschwungen geformte Spiegelplatte ist von einem aufwendigen Rahmen aus massivem Silber umgeben, der auf zwei geschwungenen, mit Voluten verzierten Füßen ruht. Auf der Rückseite befinden sich eine Holzplatte und ein klappbarer Metallständer, der eine geneigte Aufstellung ermöglicht. Zustand: Guter Gesamtzustand, leichte Gebrauchsspuren und Oxidation auf der Rückseite, einige altersbedingte Veränderungen an der Glasscheibe. Maße und Gewicht: H. 60 × B. 37 cm – 2,700 kg (Gesamtgewicht mit Glasscheibe und Ständer).
