Zeitgenössischer Einband aus Vollpergament, Rücken mit 4 Rippen, handgeschriebenem Titel und pflanzenmotivischem Zierband. Die Handschrift beginnt mit einem Vorwort zur Naturphilosophie „De essentia Scientiae Physicae“ und setzt sich mit systematischen und detaillierten „Disputationes“ zu allen Themen der ersten sechs Bücher von Aristoteles’ „Physik“ fort, die sich über insgesamt 70 Kapitel erstrecken.
