Allegorisches Titelblatt mit den Wappen von Michelangelo Baglioni, Porträt des Autors, Diagramme und Notationen im Text, Holzschnittverzierungen, 117 ganzseitige Stiche, die Kämpfer in Rüstung darstellen (Heft H fehlt, Einrisse auf den Seiten 117 und 231, vereinzelte Flecken und Stockflecken). Zeitgenössischer Einband aus Pergament, handgeschriebener Titel auf dem Rücken (Mängel und Fehlstellen).
