Schweizer Zulassungsbescheinigung 846 A 9.000 / 15.000 € Im Jahr 2001 sorgte Harley-Davidson für Aufsehen, als das Unternehmen erstmals einen flüssigkeitsgekühlten Motor in sein Sortiment aufnahm. Es handelt sich nach wie vor um einen V-Zweizylinder, doch zum ersten Mal beim Hersteller aus Milwaukee ist dieser Motor flüssigkeitsgekühlt. Der in Zusammenarbeit mit Porsche entwickelte „Revolution“-Motor hat einen Hubraum von 1.130 cm³. Das Motorrad, in dem dieser Motor zum Einsatz kommt, heißt „VRSCA V-Rod“. In der V-Rod leistet dieser 1.130-cm³-Motor 115 PS, also 50 PS mehr als der große 1.450-Twin-Cam-Motor, mit dem praktisch die gesamte Modellpalette ausgestattet ist. Diese Maschine lässt niemanden unbeeindruckt. Lang, tief und muskulös gebaut – sie hat eine beeindruckende Präsenz. Wir können die einwandfreie Funktionsfähigkeit nicht garantieren, daher ist möglicherweise eine Instandsetzung erforderlich. Das angebotene Modell ist außergewöhnlich, da es nur 82 km auf dem Tacho hat! Es wurde am 21. Juni 2004 neu gekauft.
