ABSINTHE JUNOD – um 1900 Pyramidenform – Seltenes, originales Werbe-Pyrogen aus Keramik in Pyramidenform. 9 x 7 x 7,7 cm. - Allgemeiner Zustand gut – Es sind zwei dezente Risse an zwei Kanten sowie eine stellenweise leichte Verwischung der schwarzen Beschriftung zu erkennen. Die goldenen Ränder sind zu mehr als 50 % erhalten. PYROGÈNE: Ein Bistro-Objekt aus der Zeit um 1900, das dazu bestimmt war, auf Tischen aufgestellt zu werden, um Streichhölzer aufzunehmen, diese an seiner rauen Oberfläche anzuzünden und Werbung zu verbreiten. Das 1838 in Pontarlier von Henri-Auguste Junod gegründete Unternehmen wurde 1870 von seinem Sohn Arthur Junod übernommen. Nach dem Verbot von Absinth in Frankreich im Jahr 1915 wurden die Vermögenswerte und Marken dieser berühmten Brennerei aus dem Haut-Doubs aufgekauft und anschließend in die Gruppe „Pernod Fils réunis“ integriert.
