SAPHIR-FAHRRAD – um 1910–15 Seltene, gewölbte, originale Werbe-Emailleplakette mit stark geprägter Beschriftung. Schöne Größe: 60 x 39,5 cm. „Ferro Email. Aetz- & Emaillierwerke. C. Robert Dold. Offenburg. iB“ Sehr guter Erhaltungszustand – optimaler Glanz und satte, sehr hochwertige Emaille. Die Farben sind fantastisch erhalten: Der tiefblaue Hintergrund hebt die stark geprägte weiße Beschriftung eindrucksvoll hervor. Diese dicke und reichhaltige Emaille betont das Relief der Buchstaben und sorgt für perfekte Lesbarkeit. Es sind lediglich zwei geringfügige Beschädigungen zu erkennen: eine am oberen „S“ und eine in der oberen rechten Ecke. Brüsseler Fahrradmarke (Belgien, ca. 1910–1914). Das Unternehmen engagierte den legendären Radrennfahrer François Faber (erster ausländischer Sieger der Tour de France im Jahr 1909) als Markenbotschafter, der 1913 in den Farben des Unternehmens an den Start ging.
