Antikenrezeption Dornauszieher Ende 19. Jh., unsigniert, nach dem Vorbild des „Kapitolinischen Dornausziehers”, dieser ist eine römische Bronzeskulptur des 1. Jahrhunderts v. Chr., die hellenistische und archaisierende Gestaltungselemente verbindet und auf ein griechisches Vorbild zurückgeht, ausgestellt im Konservatorenpalast in Rom, nackter Jüngling, auf einem Felsen sitzend und einen Dorn aus seinem Fuß ziehend, auf Marmorsockel, altersgemäß gut erhalten, H 20,5 cm.
