A needle-fire rifle M 1862 Kaliber 15,4 mm, Nummer „7281“, Verschluss ergänzt, Rest nummerngleich. Brünierter Lauf mit vier Zügen und blanker Seele mit gutem Zug-/Feldprofil, auf der Oberseite nummerngleiches Standvisier mit zwei Klappen, vor der Hülse Abnahmen und Bezeichnung „Stahl“. An der Hülse ebenfalls Abnahmen, links etwas verputzte Herstellerbezeichnung Adler mit „Spandau“, darunter Modellbezeichnung „B.G.Mod:62“, rechts Jahreszahl „1870“ und „1872“. Überarbeiteter Nussholzvollschaft (Druckstellen), Kolben rechts gestempelt, Eisen-/Messinggarnitur, auf der Kolbenkappe Truppenstempel „66.R.5.128.“. Eiserner Putz-/Entladestock (festsitzend).
