A Gewehr 98, Danzig, 1916 Kal. 8x57JS, Nr. 7001, nicht nummerngleich. Rauer Lauf, dt. Beschuss 1972. Hülsenkopf gemarkt Krone / „Danzig / 1916“. Kaiserliche- und Reichswehrabnahmen. Kurven-Schiebevisier der Wehrmacht (300 m Blockierung entfernt). Alle Metallteile im Arsenal überarbeitet und neu brüniert. Schaft lackiert, Kolben mit Schwalbenschwanz aus zwei Teilen zusammengesetzt. Rechts im Kolben Stempel „MP 8“ - Kartusche mit einer flammenden Bombe. Der Stempel wurde auf Waffen verwendet, die während des Spanischen Bürgerkriegs überholt od. neu hergestellt wurden. Länge 125 cm.
