A cavalry pistol M 1862, probably an officer's private purchase Brünierter, seitlich abgeflachter, in rund übergehender Lauf mit vierfach gezogener, blanker Seele im Kaliber 13,9 mm. Über der Kammer mehrfach gemarkt und davor mit „Zeilinger“ signiert. Gebläute Schlossplatte mit Doppeladler und „864“ gemarkt. Hahn mit neu angesetztem Sporn. Perkussionsschloss mit außenliegender Hahnsicherung. Leicht verschnittene Halbschäftung mit gebläuter Garnitur und Verstärkungsband. Eiserne Knaufkappe mit Resten der originalen Brünierung, entsprechend den Schaftverschneidungen gearbeitet. Länge 41 cm. Condition: II -
