A general's helmet M1889, worn from 1897 by artillery generals Schwarz lackierte Lederglocke (krakeliert) mit eckigem Vorderschirm. Stirnseitig verschraubt (keine Doppellöcher) der Gardeadler mit aufgelegtem teilemailliertem Stern für Offiziere. Kreuzblatt mit vier Sternschrauben, Perlfries und abschraubbarer Kugel. Konvexe lederunterlegte Schuppenketten an Steckrosetten, beide Kokarden aus lackiertem Eisenblech. Gutes beiges Seidenripsfutter (etwas gedunkelt, vereinzelt fleckig), ockerfarbenes Lederschweißband, rot/grün unterfütterte Schirme. Partiell minimal beschädigt, Trage- und Altersspuren. Ranghoher, sehr seltener Helm mit außergewöhnlich schön erhaltener Feuervergoldung. Condition: II
