A helmet for enlisted men of the infantry, circa 1860 Kammerstück. Derber, schwarz lackierter Lederkorpus mit eckigem Vorderschirm und Messingbeschlägen, Nackenschiene. Stirnseitig verschraubtes Adleremblem. Flache, lederunterlegte Schuppenketten an Schraubrosetten, rechts die große Landeskokarde aus lackiertem Eisenblech. Kreuzblatt mit vier Rundkopfschrauben, Perlring und glatter starrer Spitze. Gutes schwarzes Lederlaschenfutter, im Hinterschirm der Stempel „61 IR 1B", in der Vorderschirmschiene die Herstellerprägung „Dotti", im Vorderschirm eingekratzt der Trägername („Schulz"?). Trage- und Altersspuren. Seltener früher Helm, komplett mit den alten Bügelmuttern! Condition: II
