Prince Regent Luitpold of Bavaria - a portrait plaque by Adolf Hildebrand on the occasion of his 90th birthday in 1911 Bronze, feuervergoldet, erhabenes Profilportrait des Prinzregenten, über Künstlermonogramm „AH“ und „Luitpold - Prinzrecent v. Bayern“, am Oberrand die Jahreszahl „MDCCCCXI“ zwischen bayrischem Löwen- und Rautenschild. In originalem Lederrahmen mit reicher vorder- wie rückseitiger Goldprägung. Die Stellstütze ebenfalls in Gold geprägt. In altem Lederetui mit Samt- und Seidenfutter. Maße der Plakette 9 x 6,8 cm, des Rahmens 11,7 x 9,3 cm. Dabei eine alte Sammlungskarte, die auf den Gravurfehler im Wort „Recent“ (statt Regent) hinweist und den Kreis der Empfänger dieser Plakette mit „seine Freunde, alle Generäle und höhere Hofchargen“ begrenzt.
